Vancouver Wins Lower Mainland Youth Tournament

Vancouver clinched the gold medal at the LMWPL Youth
tournament held over the weekend. Coached by James and Sue
Gardiner the North Van team took the top spot in a final game
that pitted North Van against Ian Goodman's Burnaby 1.
North Van
seized control in the final quarter of the game in what had
been a see saw match seeing one team up and then the other.
Final score North Van 8 Burnaby 4.
Coquitlam 2
coached by Shane Pope took the bronze medal in a decisive win
against Abbotsford.
