2006 BC Open - Youth Women's Tournament January 20-22, 2006 City Center Aquatic Complex 1210 Pinetree Way Coquitlam, B.C. BC Women Settle for Silver at the BC OPEN It was a silver finish for B.C.'s Pacific Storm Women at the BC OPEN Water Polo Championship. Top North American Youth water polo teams took over CCAC in Coquitlam for the annual event. In a weekend that saw tough competition it was Stanford Red that walked away with the win. Unbeaten and dominating throughout the tournament, Stanford nailed the gold in an undisputed 16 to 5 victory over the hometown favourite. Storm will meet Standford Red again in February when they travel to California for a rematch. Pacific Storm's Carmen Eggens was named to the All Star team.
