Assistance Information and Forms
To
All High Performance Athletes and Coaches:
Enclosed is this year’s application for the BC Athlete
Assistance funding. All information must be completed, signed
and received to the BCWP
office by Friday December 21, 2007. Applications will not
be accepted after the deadline.
Please submit the government form as the top/ cover to your
package.
If you are a
Training Center athlete, you must ensure you are registered
with BCWP through your club or program.
