• All athletes will participate in the first two phases of the training process which will lead into our March training camp, March 18-23, to be confirmed.
• Following the training camp the coaching staff will identify the top 15 athletes who will participate in the last two phases and the Montreal centralization process.
• The Pan American team will be selected one week prior to our departure for Rio de Janeiro, Brazil.
• Please note that this selection process is limited to the 2008 Pan Am Games. Team and selection process subject to change for 2009 World Championships.

Training Camp March 18th - March 23rd Montreal
Phase 3 March 31st - April 27th With Respective Club
Phase 4 April 28th - June 13th With Respective Club
Centralization June 14th Montreal

All details in regards to Phase 1 and 2 of the training process will be given directly to the athletes.

Please note that the coaching staff is aware that the scholastic year will end in late June. We require all athletes invited to centralize to make arrangements with their respective school boards to have their exams invigilated in Montreal. We will assist all athletes in any way possible.
