Boonzaayer….A keenly motivated athlete
At 18 Jordan
Boonzaayer has already been initiated into the ranks of
Canada's best young water polo players. Described by teammates
as keenly motivated and very grounded Boonzaayer recently
explained what keeps him focused, "there are so many
players out there in the world who are better than me who have
been playing for much longer."
So while he prepares to
start UBC in September, working towards his BA, the training
continues; sharpening skills, building strength and speed,
tightening game strategies. A solid member of the National
Youth team his sights are set on being named to Canada's
Junior World team. A goal that appears well in hand for this
highly focused athlete.
